White Dough Ingredients

Just a reminder for me on the road.

1/3 ounce Yeast or 1/4-oz. Envelope (1- 1 1/2 teaspoons)

18 ounces White bread flour  (3 3/4 – 3 7/8 cups)

1/3 ounce of fine grain salt (2 teaspoons)

12 1/2 ounces Water  (1 – 1 1/2 cups)
